Description

This Cruiser has a rock solid LT1 Camaro Motor. It has never had a single problem in the 7500 miles since it was built. It never runs hotter then 195 degrees even on a 110 degree day out on the trail at 2 mph, for 4 hours at a time. It always starts right up, has a 125 amp Alt. factory GM. Has a factory serpentine belt, power steering that works awsome, power disc brakes that are factory Toyota. The T-case is out of a 82' BJ40, way stronger, will need E-brake adaptor. The paint is very high quality, 5 coats of 653 single stage that has not been cut or buffed, and shines perfect. This was a $4000.00 paint job that will last for years and years. The paint color is Olive Brown. Also comes with 1 pint of left over paint.
The tires have over 90% tread on them and are 33x12.5 Goodyear MTRs, and they preform beautifully off and on the road. The Cruiser runs down the freeway at 75 mph perfect. And comes with a spare 33 12 50 tire(not goodyear). The gears are 3.73. The turn signals, high beams, low beams, break lights, hazards, gauges, marker lights and all 4 orginal seat belts work as should. It also gets very decent fuel mileage at over 22 mpg on the highway. Thanks to the fact it is very light and requirers almost no throttle to make it jump.
Only the highest quality parts were used. OEM Toyota, OEM GM or from Marks Adaptors. ($1500.00 complete kit) That uses factory cast iron Toyota transmission and bellhousing with 12 inch HD GM clutch. The front and rear ARB Lockers (which cost over $2700.00 installed) works perfect and makes this rig unstoppable. The 12000 lb. winch is a bonus for those hard to get to spots (or out of). Most of all just to help your friends out of their sticky spots.
The Cruiser measures square and true on a laser alignment rack. Which was done at the last tire rotation. It has never been in any type of accident and was stored from 1987 untill 1999 due to a cracked engine block, because it froze. All of the factory wiring is clean and intact.. This rig is 99% rust free.
This 1979 Toyota LandCruiser is being sold as is. All sales are final.
